In search of precious metals
LA FONTE produce dal 1975 sistemi per la movimentazione, filtrazione e depurazione di liquidi anche corrosivi, particolarmente nel settore galvanico, della moda, dell’automotive, dei circuiti stampati e orafo.
Da un decennio a questa parte progetta e realizza anche sistemi per il recupero dei metalli preziosi e non. Dettagliatamente, le gamme principali di prodotto per il Recupero dei metalli preziosi de La Fonte, progettate e realizzate nei circa 4.000 mq dell’azienda a Vedano Olona (VA), poi spedite in oltre 50 paesi nel mondo, sono tre: la serie UNDERSINK, MFR e REM.
I macchinari Undersink, utilizzabili direttamente sotto i lavelli per recuperare piccole parti di materie prime durante la lavorazione e il lavaggio delle mani, sono stati i primi; poi è seguita MFR, un’unità centralizzata adatta al recupero delle piccole particelle di metalli preziosi da acque reflue e infine il REM, destinato al recupero da soluzioni esauste derivanti da vari processi produttivi. Ad accomunare queste diverse versioni sono la grande facilità d’uso e la minima manutenzione che, grazie al valore delle materie prime recuperate, assicurano un rapido ritorno dell’investimento.
I nostri prodotti di punta per il settore orafo sono Undersink e MFR; tali macchinari sono in grado di minimizzare la perdita di metallo prezioso durante i vari processi di lavorazione:
Undersink, l’oggetto del desiderio delle ultime fiere di Vicenza ed Arezzo, è la soluzione ideale per piccoli laboratori, ma anche aziende di maggiori dimensioni. Dotato di una solida struttura in PP che garantisce resistenza chimica sia alle sostanze acide che alcaline, può arrivare a filtrare particelle di metallo fino a 0,2 micron assoluti. Come si può intuire dal nome, è ideale per il trattamento delle acque da lavamani, ma è adatto anche per piccole quantità di liquido derivante dalla burattatura o dai lavaggi ad ultrasuoni. Il suo usuale posizionamento è direttamente sotto i lavelli e le sue dimensioni, sempre compatte, sono variabili in base ai volumi di liquido da trattare. È disponibile anche nella sua versione Combo, dotata di lavandino costruito ad hoc in PP resistente alle sostanze chimiche. Un ultimo vantaggio di Undersink è la mancanza di formazione di odori sgradevoli, dovuti al ristagno del liquido all’interno delle vasche. Infatti una volta acceso e riempita la sua vasca, automaticamente il liquido verrà pompato attraverso le camere e poi scaricato.
MFR è un’unità centralizzata per il recupero di tutte le acque reflue provenienti dai vari processi di produzione. In particolare è adatto per grossi volumi di acque da lavamani, burattatura e lavaggi ad ultrasuoni. Anch’esso è costruito in PP ed il suo funzionamento è il medesimo di Undersink.

LA FONTE, set up in 1975, produces handling, filtration and purification systems for liquids, including corrosive, particularly in the electroplating, fashion, automotive, printed circuit board and goldsmithing sectors. Over the last ten years it has also been designing and realising systems to recover both precious and non- precious metals.
The key product ranges for the Recovery of precious metals of La Fonte, designed and realised in approx. 4000 m2 of the company in Vedano Olona (VA), then shipped to more than 50 countries worldwide, are three: UNDERSINK, MFR and REM.
The Undersink machinery, usable directly under sinks to recover small parts of raw materials during processing and handwashing, was the first; then MFR, a centralised unit to recover small particles of precious metals from wastewater and finally REM, to recover from waste solutions deriving from various production processes. These different versions all share ease of use and minimum maintenance which, thanks to the value of the raw materials recovered, ensure a fast return on investment.
Our top products for the goldsmith sector are Undersink and MFR; these machines minimise the loss of precious metal during the various processes:
Undersink, the object of desire of the latest trade fairs of Vicenza and Arezzo, is the ideal solution for small workshops, but also larger companies. Equipped with a solid structure in PP which guarantees chemical resistance to both acidic and alkaline substances, it can filter particles of metal up to 0.2 microns. As can be understood by the name, it is ideal for treating hand washing water, but also suitable for small quantities of liquid from tumbling or from ultrasonic cleaning. Its usual position is directly under sinks and its dimensions, always compact, vary depending on the volume of liquid to treat. It is also available in its Combo version, equipped with a sink built ad hoc in PP resistant to chemical substances. A last advantage of Undersink is the shortage of formation of unpleasant smells, due to liquid stagnating inside the tanks. Indeed, once it has been switched on and the tank filled, the liquid is automatically pumped through the chambers and then discharged. MFR is a centralized unit to recover all the wastewater from the various production processes. It is suited to large volumes of water from handwashing, tumbling and ultrasonic cleaning. It is also built in PP and works in the same way as Undersink.
